Management Accountant:
Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts including balance sheet and P&L account reconciliation.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecast.
Variance analysis and investigation
Enforcement of company operating procedures.
Degree or HND; Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACIT); Five years work experience outside audit practice in the private sector; Good computer skills including Ms Excel; Word and experience of at least one account package.
Head, Internal Audit
Drafting and enforcing of internal controls and company operating procedures.
Analysis and operating discrepancies.
Recommending means to improve bottom line performance through efficiency, cost and revenue improvements.
Implementation of corrective measures and procedures.
Degree or HND; Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or ACIT); Minimum of 5 years audit experience in the private sector of which at least 2 years in a similar position; Manufacturing industry experience and advantageous; Good computer skills including ms excel, word, and experience of at least one accounts packages
Procurement Manager
Sourcing of quality materials from reliable suppliers at optimum prices
Monitoring of stock levels to ensure no shortage or outages
Managing existing supplier relationships and creating long-term partnerships with new suppliers
Recommendation means to improve purchasing procurement and supplier management
Supervise importation and clearance of goods at all ports.
Degree or HND; Professional qualification in the field of procurement/purchasing; Minimum of 5 years experience in the private sector, preferably a brewery of which at least 2 years in a similar position; Good computer skills including ms excel, word.
Production development manager
Develop serviceable products for marketing as per briefs provided by research.
Reviews and approves recommended formulation and procedures submitted by researchers.
Safeguards and maintains the confidentiality of research, formulations, standards and specifications and significant findings.
Must be able to improve on our existing formulations.
Degree or HND; Candidate must have developed at least one product now in the market; Minimum of 5 years experience in the private sector, preferably a brewery of which at least 2 years in a similar position; Good computer skills including ms excel, word.
Company Secretary
Preparation and maintenance of company secretarial records.
Advice on legal and statutory matters
Preparation of statutory returns
Management of statutory board and other matters
Support to human resources and administrative functions including hse.
Degree Holder; Professional qualification in law or company secretarial; Minimum of 3 years of company secretarial experience referable in the public quoted company; Excellent communication and people management skills; Good computer skills including ms excel and word,
